Stop in on Saturdays at 1655 Foster Street, Evanston, IL 60201 for our weekend class anytime between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm. Call or sign up online for our classes at the Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center.

Extend Those Kicks
Our sensei, Zachary Bradley is keen to remind the students about the need to relax your muscles until the point of impact. This video from the Norway National Taekwondo illustrates the effectiveness of such a concept.
